ATLANTA, GA — August 20, 2026 — MCM Realty Partners is pleased to announce a new lease for Atlanta Children’s Center for Developmental and Behavioral Health at Druid Chase, 2801 Buford Highway NE, Atlanta, Georgia, a property owned by Atlanta Property Group.

The new location allows Atlanta Children’s Center to remain in the same highly convenient area its patients and families have come to know, while moving into fresh new space designed to support the practice’s continued growth and service to both new and existing clients.

Located along the Buford Highway corridor, Druid Chase offers Atlanta Children’s Center close proximity to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Arthur M. Blank Hospital and Atlanta’s broader healthcare and medical community. The location provides an important combination of accessibility, familiarity and convenience for families throughout the Atlanta area.

Atlanta Children’s Center specializes in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children from infancy through high school, including developmental and psychological evaluations, therapy and parent consultation.
